The Evoko Liso ERM2001 is designed for modern workplaces, co-working spaces and educational institutions to streamline meeting room scheduling and usage. It features an 8-inch capacitive touch display mounted outside each bookable space, offering intuitive control directly on the device or via the calendar system of choice. The screen uses colour indicators to show whether the room is free (green), booked imminently (yellow/orange) or currently in use (red), allowing quick visibility from a corridor or entrance.
Integration is seamless with common platforms such as Microsoft Office 365/Exchange, Google Workspace (G Suite) and IBM/Lotus Domino, and the device also provides an open API for further system integrations. Administrators benefit from remote management support, multi-site deployment, booking check-in functionality (to auto-release unused rooms), and analytics for room-utilisation optimisation. The device supports both standard wall-mount and glass-wall mounting with a five-way cable exit for a clean installation.
